TOPCALL's Fax over IP facilities make it possible to transmit fax over IP to drastically reduce transmission costs. The system is based on TOPCALL's Single Server Architecture, which connects several TOPCALL Servers (either standard or branch boxes) over a virtual WAN. Through simple configurations a company can transmit all faxes over an IP network and breakout the fax at the destination with the lowest tariff. The server routes all messages and delivers confirmations / non-confirmations back to the originator. When used in connection with the TC/Report module, a company can create a global breakdown of transmission costs on a department, business-unit or user basis.
