Why TOPCALL for your Voice-over-IP project?

  • TOPCALL has developed voice over IP as a part of its single server architecture (hardware and software). In doing so, we can assure much higher availability levels than integrated products where interface cards and software are developed independently.
  • TOPCALL's Voice over IP module (TC/Voice) is part of the TC/LINK family, and therefore has a unified architecture and all the common system and administration features (configurable address mapping, password security, caller ID recognition, etc.).
  • Voice Archiving is a standard feature. All incoming voicemails are stored independently of the mail server, securing that important voicemails are never lost.
  • MetaMail technology makes it possible to deploy voicemail on the network with little or no impact on your existing mail server.
  • Fault Tolerant Systems secure that fail-over and system uptime is at its highest.

Additional Features and Functions

  • TOPCALL Voice Access allows users to dial into their inbox (Lotus Notes, Microsoft Exchange and Novell GroupWise) and listen to their emails and fax headers read over the telephone. Soon to come is also the reading of attachments.
  • Call attendant features make it possible to interact with all messages in the inbox (via the help menu attendant). Users can delete, forward, or even reply message with a voice annotation.
  • Multiple language support for text-to-speech
  • Non-multimedia PCs can listen to voicemails played back over a fixed line telephone.
  • Advanced system administration functions like manage distribution lists, system traffic / Activity Reports (i.e. Crystal), Back up and restore capabilities, modify subscribers (add, delete, import) and SNMP Integration.
