TC/Report (billing and statistics module)
TC/Report is a reports generator, which helps you keep track of virtually all of your company's message flow. This flexible tool allows you to stay on top of essential data concerning your message traffic.
Why use the TC/Report Module?
- View all messages sent and received by type and department / user.
- View the size of the messages sent and the cost incurred for transmission.
- Monitor the overall performance of the TOPCALL system
- (I.e. line usage, message traffic, message distribution).
- Calculate system usage on a user, group or cost centre basis.

3rd Party Reports and Billing
TC/Report provides a straightforward interface to 3rd party billing systems. Data can be sent to billing system in a variety of formats (see below). In addition, data from 3rd party systems can be imported into TC/Report to create an integrated overview.
