TOPCALL's Secure Document Delivery Solution (SDD) secures that all of your paper-based document (including fax) can be sent via email and complies with legal requirements.
SDD allows orders, confirmations, billing information and other sensitive and legally binding documents to be automatically converted to email, containing a standard Adobe PDF or TIFF attachment. The attachment contains an exact representation of the original message. This method of delivery guarantees that the recipient receives the document with all the information formatted as the sender intended it.
