Cisco Call Manager
TOPCALL is a leading provider of IP Unified Messaging solutions based on Cisco's CallManager. We have been an important partner in developing Cisco's certification.
We integrate fax and voice as part of a single architecture. We do not use multiple gateways to form what is referred to as "Integrated Messaging". In doing so we provide Cisco CallManager customers with a single administrative interface for all communication services and email platforms (Lotus Notes, Microsoft Exchange and Novell GroupWise).
We also specialize in legacy integration, making it possible for companies to leverage their existing PABX and migrate to next generation IP telephony alongside (often referred to as brown field environments). This expertise is extremely valuable when a company would like to deploy one system for mixed telephony environments (PABX, IP and wireless).
